General Information
- Name: Dennis B. Sasse
- Date of Birth: November 29th 1981
- Location of Birth: Offenbach am Main, Germany
The key interest in my studies (as well as in life) used to be designing virtual worlds, general game design (digital and non-digital games), film making and pretty much any other aspect of digital entertainment. I was specially interested in massive multiplayer online games and their social systems, role-playing and strategy games, game systems in general and combat systems in particular.
Recently, I grew an increasing interest in fast, easily accessable games, that focus on gameplay, style and replayability (I deliberately avoid the term “casual game” and prefer the term “instant gratification game”).
Education
I graduated as Diplom-Ingenieur (Master of Engineering) in Computional Visualistics from the Otto-von-Guericke University of Magdeburg, Germany in March 2008.

About This Site
This site started as a quick overview of some of my game projects to show to friends and people who were interested. Over time, the number of projects grew and some where kicked out of the list. The simple list turned into a more detailed portfolio, in order to help me getting a job in the games industry. It worked! After leaving the games industry (at least for now), I’m not quite sure about the future direction of this site…
