Last night if finally started to snow, just in time for a white New Year’s Eve. Since i haven’t seen any snow for the past two years, i put aside my master’s thesis and took off a few hours to build… well.. a snow monolith.
It started out as a *traditional* snowman, but i soon grew tired of the more traditional shape, so i decided to shape it more like a Moai (the truth is, the second chunk of snow was just to heavy to lift on top of the first).
Anyhow, i think the result looks good enough and i wanted to take the chance to wish everybody a happy new year!

Cool “snowman”!
How long did it take you? In the second picture Peggy already looks a bit… bored ;D
Oh - I nearly forgot: Happy new year! Lots of success with your Masters Thesis and with everything coming after that! Good luck!
Hehe, thanks!
As you might guess from the light, my changing headgear (*g*) and the enthusiasm of our dog, it took maybe 2 to 3 hours. I’m not even sure.
We had so much snow, making the big chunks of snow was the easiest part. But you don’t get very much work done, if you have to entertain your dog (thats why Peggy is laying there.. she wants me to throw her stick) and run around helping your mom every two minutes
Anyhow, thanks again! Same to you with your denfese and everything!
We sayz drawin’ picturez o’ da ladies make lips shrink. You not do, it baaaaaad. I firez up torch for ju in belly-belly. Bad spirits will be gettin’ ya!
